Thank you for ordering with Bia Boutique! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for store credit. Currently we do not accept exchange requests or refunds of any kind.
Bia Boutique will accept:
- Returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging. (please see FINAL sale items below to see if your items are eligible for a return)
- We will no longer accept exchange requests of any kind, only returns initiated within 7 days of receiving the last package.
Customers can initiate a return for any unwanted items once they receive their package within 7 business days by submitting through our return portal. It will then go into review. If accepted, you will be able to generate a shipping label to our returns department. However please note that all return costs are the customers responsibility.
In our return portal please make sure to include your NAME and ORDER NUMBER in your original order to complete the return successfully. This will help speed up the review process and get your products to us more easily!
- NOTE: There is a 20% restocking fee for all LUXE dresses. That includes Bia Bridal and Bia Luxe.
Bia Boutique will get back to you after we have received your returned item! Once fully received, you will receive an email with your store credit information. We do not offer refunds of any kind at this time. Note: your store credit does not have an expiry date! Store credit is issued for the refund minus the cost of shipping costs. (Ex: item cost was $50 & shipping was $5 - You would receive a store credit of $50, not $55)
PLEASE NOTE: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. If we are charged extra shipping costs, we will have to deduct any charges from your store credit total. (Ex: You are waiting to receive store credit totaling $250. We are charged $25 dollars to pick up your package - you would receive store credit of $225, not $250)

Typically, Domestic orders take about 2-3 business days to process then 8-12 business days to arrive to you. International orders take about 2-4 weeks to arrive to you. Delays are not calculated in the shipping timeframes, if any.
LUXE orders typically take 1-2 business days to process then about 3-7 business days to arrive to you.
